At Sqin Club, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.
1. Shipping Locations

Local Shipping (Sri Lanka): We currently ship to all addresses within Sri Lanka.
2. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over LKR 20,000 within Sri Lanka. Members can enjoy free shipping from their 2nd purchase onwards.

Standard Shipping: For all orders, a flat shipping fee of LKR 350 applies for deliveries within Sri Lanka.
3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Sri Lanka Standard Time) will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is processed.
4. Delivery Time

Colombo and Suburbs: 1–3 business days after processing.

Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, public holidays, or unforeseen delays with our shipping partners. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes to your delivery schedule.
5. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order directly on courier’s website with the tracking number provided or by contacting us at support@sqinclub.com.
7. Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

If you don’t receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Sqin Club is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partner to locate your package or provide a replacement.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
